After leaving Ireland to study English at Cambridge University (Clare College), Jenny travelled and worked overseas in both Italy and India before becoming an English teacher in London where her students achieved exceptional results. Jenny moved into leadership as a SENCo and transitioned up from London to Yorkshire where she was accepted onto the prestigious Future Leaders programme.

Jenny initially joined Dixons Trinity as Senior Vice Principal in 2014 and subsequently became Head of School. In 2017, Jenny was delighted to be appointed Principal. Taking on the leadership of such a wonderful school, in order to ensure the outstanding characteristics and outcomes are both nurtured and further developed, is a challenge Jenny sees as markedly motivating.
