Climbing mountains with music

Rowan Russell

At Dixons, we use music to raise standards of achievement in reading, writing and mathematics. It is also at the heart of a joyful and disciplined school culture. In this video, we talk about the role that music can play in enhancing the quality of learning in primary schools by presenting an illustrative example of our innovative practice, set within the broader frame of theoretical, evidence-informed knowledge.
